With a strong clinical foundation and a compassionate approach, she supports patients through every step of their treatment journey. Emma assists Dr. Lisa during surgical procedures, ensuring each case runs efficiently, safely, and with the highest standard of care. Her attention to detail and calm, reassuring presence help create a seamless and comfortable experience in the treatment room. Emma is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best, combining clinical expertise with genuine care and support. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and going to concerts.

Patient Coordinator
Deb has been the patient coordinator at LAK MedSpa for about five years and absolutely loves working here. With over 27 years of front desk experience, she truly enjoys the opportunity to meet great new and existing clients every day. She has two children and three grandchildren who are all the loves of her life, and she has been married for 39 years. Her favorite place outside of work is her cabin, where fresh air, beautiful sunsets, and family make it her happy place.
Jill Bielicki
PA-C, Physician Assistant
Jillian is an Advanced Practice Provider with extensive surgical and procedural experience. As a PA she has worked in a variety of healthcare settings and is determined to provide excellent patient outcomes. She enjoys working in both esthetics and emergency medicine. In her free time she enjoys spending time in the outdoors, traveling, and staying active.

With over 17 years of experience in the aesthetics industry, Natasha Kennedy brings expertise, artistry, and heart to every client she serves. She is a highly trained injector, Advanced Practice Esthetician, and the first Hydrafacial Connect Master in Minnesota. Natasha also has over 10 years of advanced experience with BTL technologies, specializing in body contouring, skin tightening, muscle toning, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. Her extensive hands-on knowledge allows her to create customized treatment plans that deliver natural, confidence-boosting results. Outside of the treatment room, Natasha is a proud mother of seven and a grandmother. She enjoys traveling, watching movies, and celebrating life’s special moments.
Marina Healy
Marketing Manager, Social Media Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant
Marina is the Marketing Manager & Social Media Coordinator at LĀK Med Spa and truly loves being part of such a passionate, driven team. She enjoys bringing the LĀK brand to life every day — from creating content and planning campaigns to sharing patient stories and celebrating new treatments. Connecting with both new and existing clients through social media and events is one of her favorite parts of the role. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, spending time with family and friends, and coaching dance for Orono High School.
